At last, a true all-about-movies magazine has been launched in Singapore. This month, the maiden issue of First goes on sale at all good newsstands and bookstores. 

The 112-page magazine takes readers back to Hogwarts in its feature article on Harry Potter's latest movie - The Chamber of Secrets - which hits the screens here on 14 Nov 2002. Readers of the magazine are rewarded with a giant pull-out poster on the movie.

There's also two giant postcards inside the magazine on producer Bill KONG's Hero movie. The magazine's Jacqui KHOO catches up with Bill in an exclusive from Hongkong.

First aims to be not only Singapore's premier movie magazine, but also Asia's. It's no blind boast as the publisher of the magazine is Royston LOH who says of First in his first editorial: "FIRST is not just another magazine, it is a magazine dedicated solely to the movies and exclusively for movie fans. With tons of movie magazines coming from the West featuring movies from that part of the world, FIRST has plugged the hole with our very own Asian content to complement our Hollywood counterparts."
